Sound therapy is a powerful ancient and scientific somatic approach combining a selection of healing sounds and mindfulness techniques guiding a person into a deeply therapeutic and restorative state.

Our body is an archive of our lived experience. It can hold emotions, memories and trauma in a way which is disconnected from our cognitive mind. It therefore holds a deep wisdom, that when tapped into and worked through therapeutically can be deeply healing.

Within these sessions I blend modern scientific research with ancient wisdom. I use sound instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, koshi chimes, and techniques including breathwork, mindfulness and therapeutic reflection and grounding to create an immersive journey for you to reflect, relax and restore.

Sound Therapy can alleviate symptoms caused by many conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and some behavioural and cognitive challenges. Sound-based vibration treatment has shown to help support:
